1. Video Consultation (Single Appointment)
- The consultation fee of ₹800 must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment.
- If the consultation does not take place due to any reason on our end, the full amount will be refunded within 1 to 7 business days through the original mode of payment.
2. Consultation Packages (3/6/9/12-Month Plans)
- Patients may opt for long-term consultation packages by paying the full amount in advance.
- In case the service is terminated before the end of the selected package duration, charges will be deducted on a pro-rata basis for the period services were availed.
- The remaining balance will be refunded within 1 to 7 business days via the original payment method.
3. No Refunds in the Following Cases
- If the patient cancels or misses an appointment without prior notice.
- If the consultation or part of the package has already been delivered as scheduled.
4. How to Request a Refund
